Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Our Refund and Returns Policy is applicable solely in the case of damaged books and is valid for a period of 3 days from the date of delivery. After this timeframe, we regret that we cannot facilitate any refunds or exchanges.

 

For return, replacement, or refund requests, customers are required to record a brief video while unpacking the order. This unpacking video is mandatory, and we regretfully cannot offer compensation to customers who do not provide this video.
 
Once your order is confirmed, cancellation is not permitted. To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused.
 

Refunds

Our refund, return, and replacement policy specifically addresses the following issues: severe spine damages resulting in page detachment, misprints exceeding 2 pages, torn pages exceeding 2, missing pages exceeding 2, and smudges rendering pages unreadable (qualifying for replacement only if more than 2 pages are affected).
 
Furthermore, our policy extends to instances of missing books or incorrect deliveries, with a mandatory unpacking video required for verification in such cases.
 
 

Shipping returns

Please be advised: Sets such as the Harry Potter/Shatter Me series may contain delicate boxes prone to transit damage. It’s important to note that our return/refund/replacement policy excludes damages to the outer box; however, damages to the books themselves are covered.
 
Our courier service will efficiently retrieve the returned item from your doorstep, and all associated shipping costs for returns or replacements will be covered by us, ensuring a seamless process for our valued customers.
 
In instances where a shipment is undelivered or returned due to circumstances beyond the customer’s control, a full refund will be promptly issued.
